Resolved

The issue affecting the Instagram Insights data source appears to be resolved and the situation has stabilized. Although we have not yet heard back from Meta regarding the bug ticket submitted yesterday, we've monitored and seen positive results as the problem is no longer impacting any of our customers.

Based on this, we are marking the incident as resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our engineering team has investigated and identified that the issue appears to be caused by a bug on Meta’s side.

We have reported this issue to Meta and will update here with any significant developments.

We are currently aware of an issue affecting our Instagram Insights data source. Customers have reported encountering the following error:
“Unable to fetch data from profile xxx, the profile may no longer exist or the permissions have changed.”
