Monitoring
A fix has been deployed by our team to mitigate the issue. You may be prompted with a new error “Error: Reddit Ads failure (Authentication failed (403 Forbidden): Please re-authenticate your connection due to recent Reddit Ads API permission changes.)” due to the application of this fix. Reauthenticating the connection should resolve this new error.

Investigating
We are currently investigating a widespread issue affecting connections in the Reddit Ads connector.
This is prompting the reauthentication process in certain cases, which always returns the errors “We couldn't connect to data source with your credentials: Data Source Error: Forbidden” or “Error: Reddit Ads failure (Insufficient authentication sсореs.)”. Our initial investigation is showing that these errors are affecting all queries made with the connector.
As we determine the root cause of the incident, we are also exploring possible workarounds.
