Investigating

We are currently experiencing an issue with some Custom Data Import functionality.

All spreadsheet-formatted files (XLS, XLSX, XLSB, ODS) are currently failing when processing.
CSV file processing continues to function normally, and querying of previously imported files is unaffected.

We are investigating the root cause and potential workarounds and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
